Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Shraddha’s Kitchen Inc. Our goal is to get our high-quality kitchen gadgets into your hands as quickly and safely as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines the details, rates, and timelines for delivering orders from our website, www.shraddhakitchen.com. Please read carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Processing & Processing Time
Orders are processed within ‌1-2 business days‌ from the time we receive them, excluding weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and public holidays. Our standard office and shipping hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email order confirmation. A second email with your shipping confirmation and tracking number will be sent when your order has been packed and is ready to leave our facility.

2. Shipping Destinations and Address Policy
We currently ‌ship only within Canada‌. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Please ensure your shipping address is ‌complete, accurate, and up-to-date‌ before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you realize you have entered an incorrect address immediately after placing your order, please contact us ‌urgently‌ at penpilot@shraddhakitchen.com or call +1 519 6532834. We may be able to correct it if the order has not yet entered the shipping process. If the order is already shipped to the incorrect address, we cannot be held responsible.

3. Shipping Rates, Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and begin ‌after‌ your order has shipped from our warehouse. Transit times do not include weekends or holidays. Expedited or overnight shipping may not be available to all remote locations.

Below are our standard shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping
    • Cost:‌ Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
    • Estimated Delivery:‌ ‌7-12 business days‌ after processing.
  • Express Shipping
    • Cost:‌ Calculated at checkout.
    • Estimated Delivery:‌ ‌3-6 business days‌ after processing.

Shipping costs are ‌non-refundable‌. For an exact shipping quote and available methods, please proceed to checkout and enter your destination address.

4. Shipment Tracking and Notification
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days after placing your order, please first check your email’s spam or junk folder. If it is not there, please contact our customer service team.

5. Package Damage or Loss
We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive safely. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for instructions on how to proceed. For damage that is clearly due to carrier mishandling, please also note it upon delivery with the carrier, if possible.

If your tracking information shows your package as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors, family members, or other delivery locations around your premises.
  2. Wait 48 hours, as carriers occasionally scan items as delivered prematurely.
  3. Contact your local carrier office with your tracking number.
    If the package is still missing after these steps, please contact us for further assistance.

We are not liable for packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier or for lost packages caused by incorrect addresses.

6. P.O. Box Shipping
We can ship to Post Office Boxes (P.O. Boxes) within Canada. Please note that some expedited services may not be available for P.O. Box deliveries, and delivery confirmation may be limited.

7. Delays, Customs, and Uncontrollable Events
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, occasionally, delays can happen due to events beyond our control (“Force Majeure”). These include, but are not limited to:

  • Severe weather conditions.
  • Postal service strikes or delays.
  • Natural disasters.
  • Customs inspections (if applicable in future).
  • Global pandemics.
  • High-volume shipping periods (e.g., holidays).

We will do our best to communicate any significant, known delays and work with carriers to resolve issues promptly. However, we cannot be held responsible for such delays.

8. Multiple-Item Orders and Partial Shipping
If your order contains multiple items, we will make every effort to ship your complete order at once. However, in some cases, items may ship separately from our inventory or arrive in multiple packages. You will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for this.

9. Additional Charges: Taxes and Duties
All prices on our site are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). ‌Goods and Services Tax (GST/HST)‌ will be added to your order at checkout, calculated based on your province of delivery.

All shipments within Canada are considered domestic. There are no additional customs or import duties for orders shipped within Canada.
